YSRCP worker attacked in southern India; attempted murder alleged
A YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) activist, Ajay Kumar Reddy, was brutally attacked in Southern India’s Andhra Pradesh.
The incident took place at Vempalli in of in the Kadapa district and the video went viral on July 5.
Visuals showed on the side of the road, a large group of people continuously assaulted Ajay Kumar Reddy with bats and stones. As the crowd began to gather around the scene, the attackers quickly got into a vehicle and fled. Ajay, injured and bleeding, was then taken to the hospital, where doctors stitched his head wounds and applied bandages. Nearby, concerned bystanders questioned him, asking what had happened and how the attack occurred.
YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) activist, Ajay Kumar Reddy, was brutally attacked. The assailants used cricket bats, sticks, and stones, reportedly chanting the name of BTech Ravi during the assault.
According to reports Ajay Kumar Reddy sustained severe injuries from the attack, which authorities are treating as an attempted murder. The incident has sparked outrage among YSRCP supporters, calling for a thorough investigation and swift justice.
