World’s largest chocolate sand Santa unveiled on Christmas by renowned sand artist
Renowned sand artist Sudarsan Pattnaik set a new milestone by creating the world’s largest sand art of Santa Claus using 550 kilograms of chocolate on Christmas Day.
The artwork was crafted at Blue Flag Beach in Puri district, Odisha, India, on December 25.
The visual shows the artist and his team crafting a massive Santa Claus sculpture on the beach using chocolates.
According to reports, The creation, spanning 160 feet in length and 100 feet in width, covered an impressive area of 16,000 square feet. Pattnaik and his team of students from his sand art institution completed the massive installation in just six hours. The spectacular piece, dubbed the “World’s Biggest Candy Chocolate and Sand Installation of Santa Claus,” was officially recognized as a world record by Sushma Navekar, Chief Editor of the World Records Book of India.
Sharing his achievement on social media, Pattnaik wrote: “Merry Christmas – World’s biggest Chocolate Sand installation Santa Claus at Blue Flag Beach in Puri, Odisha. 550kg of chocolate installation on sand art, measuring 160 feet long and 100 feet wide, covering a 16,000-square-foot area. Completed in just six hours with my students from our sand art institution.”
