Woman rescued from car in flood by traffic police in western India

A woman driving a car found herself in a difficult situation in western India’s Maharashtra.
The incident took place near Lunkad Queensland, Viman Nagar, Pune city on June 8.
Visuals showed how the distressed woman started calling out for help from her car’s window and the Pune city traffic officials came to her rescue amidst chest deep water. She had trouble exiting her vehicle, drawing the attention of many onlookers and creating a traffic snarl.
Thanks to the prompt response of Pune City Traffic Police, the woman was swiftly rescued without any injuries.
