Woman has a lucky escape after speeding car rams into pavement in southern India
by Surya PrakashA woman had a lucky escape after a speeding car veered off the road and rammed straight into an adjacent pavement, in southern India’s Karnataka.
This incident happened at Baghya Lakshmi Store, Balaji Nagar, 1st Main Road in SG Palya, in Bengaluru on August 29.
CCTV footage captured the chilling moment when the car came up on the pavement where the woman was present. The lady was shopping at a shop when suddenly the speeding car rammed straight into the area of the pavement where she was standing. The vehicle took out a lot of items kept outside the shop and the woman fortunately escaped a major accident.
She then walked out of the area where she was standing in the first place to take a look in the direction where the car went. The car luckily missed her and she escaped unhurt.
While speaking to Newslions police Inspector Ashok Kumar informed that no one was injured in the incident. The cops are however in the lookout for the driver of the vehicle.
