Woman climbs on top of electricity pole after husband refuses to keep her lover inside their house in northern India
by Surya PrakashA woman climbed up an electricity pole after her husband turned down her request to keep a man with whom she had fallen in love with, inside their house in northern India’s Uttar Pradesh.
This incident happened in Kabadi Road of Pipraich area in Gorakhpur on April 3.
Visuals showed the woman after she climbed up on the electricity pole. The lady stood precariously on the edge of the pole and could have fallen down with a slight moment, which might have ended up tragic. The woman was then seen being forcefully taken down from the pole by a group of people. According to a report, the married woman had fallen in love with another man and decided to ask her husband if he could stay over in their house. And on expected lines, the husband clearly refused this request by the woman.
The lady, who is also the mother of three children, then decided to force her husband to agree to her proposal by climbing up the electricity pole. The woman’s act caused quite a lot of stir in the area as visuals also showed a group of people gathered around. Later on, the information about this incident was sent to the police and they along with the electricity officials rushed to the spot. They tried to convince the woman who was eventually brought down.
