Woman beats up husband with slippers in court premises in northern India

A woman was seen beating up her husband with slippers inside of a court in northern India’s Uttar Pradesh.
This incident happened in a civil court in Etah district on June 13.
Visuals captured the woman beating up her husband inside the court premises with her slippers. She showed no remorse and swung her sandals freely at him after trying to slap him a couple of times. The man meanwhile tried to duck the attack with his hands but that proved to be of no avail. Eventually, a lawyer had to intervene and spot this assault.
According to a report, the man, Gaurav, had arrived at the court for the hearing of a case when this happened. His wife Neeraj too came and had initially asked him to compromise. However, she became livid when he refused and instead responded, asking her to leave everything on the court to decide. This enraged her and her father, Gaurav’s father-in-law Bhikham Singh after which this brutal assault followed.
