Wild boar invades supermarket, sparks panic among shoppers

In a shocking incident, a wild boar entered the supermarket, causing panic among customers and staff.
The incident took place at Super Point Hypermarket in Kumbla of Kasaragod district, Kerala on December 24.
The visual shows the animal running through the supermarket, searching for an exit, and jumping over items on display. The unexpected intrusion left customers and employees in a state of alarm. Eventually, the boar turned around, located the exit, and fled the premises.
Speaking to Newslions, a fire department official confirmed that while the wild boar caused panic, it did not harm anyone. Within a short time, the animal returned to the forest. At the time of the incident, there were ten people inside the store, including both customers and employees.
