White worms rain from the sky in northern India

In a rare incident, white worms were seen raining from the sky in northern India’s Bihar.
The incident took place in the Chhapra district on May 16.
Visuals showed white worms falling from the sky. Within no time, sheets of white worms were spread on the road.
After this, locals started closing their shops in a hurry. However, these insects did not harm anyone.
A large number of them were falling from the sky towards the white light and a thick layer of them had formed on the road, due to which people started having trouble in movement.
