Two women harassed, phone snatched by motorcycle-borne men

The incident took place in the Sainik Nagar locality, under the jurisdiction of Ashiyana Police Station, Lucknow district, Uttar Pradesh on January 27.
Visuals show two women walking along a road when two men on a motorcycle approached and stopped near them. Frightened, the women stepped back as the men rode away. However, when the women resumed walking, the bikers returned, blocked their path, and one of the men attempted to harass them. While one woman managed to escape, the other was subjected to further harassment.
According to reports, when one of the women tried to raise an alarm, the miscreants snatched her phone and fled. The entire incident was captured on CCTV. The victim has filed a complaint with the police, and authorities from the PGI Police Station are investigating. The accused are being identified using CCTV footage, and appropriate legal action is being taken under relevant sections of the law.
