Thieves break into temple at night, steal offerings from gift hundi in southern India

In a daring night-time robbery in southern India’s Telangana, two thieves entered a temple and stole offerings from the gift hundi, leaving the community shocked and authorities scrambling to investigate.
The incident took place at Sri Lalithambika Tapovanam Temple, Gollapally, Jadcherla, Mahabubnagar district on September 16.

In a brazen act of theft, two individuals unlawfully entered the Sri Lalithambika Tapovanam temple located in Gollapally, Jadcherla, during the night. The thieves targeted the temple’s gift hundi, which contained various offerings made by devotees.
