The incident took place at Mansa Vikas School, located in Gollagudem village of Bhadradri Kothagudem district on October 15.
Visuals showed a group of students had been given punishment and were seated in the corridor outside their classroom. Among them, one child was being brutally beaten by the teacher. The teacher, in a fit of rage, was kicking and punching the child mercilessly. Despite the child crying in pain, the teacher did not stop. The other students, witnessing the assault, sat terrified, unable to intervene, as they watched their classmate endure the violence. The atmosphere was tense and filled with fear as the child’s sobs echoed through the corridor
According to Reports, upon reviewing the footage, the parents were horrified to witness the teacher’s violent outburst. They reported the incident to the police, leading to an official investigation. The footage corroborated the student’s claims of assault, resulting in immediate action against the accused teacher.
Local education officials have since launched an investigation into the incident, while the school administration expressed its shock at being unaware of such brutal behavior occurring within its premises. The community is calling for stricter regulations and greater accountability for teachers to ensure the safety of students.
