Stray bull attacks woman in northern India, locals rush to her rescue
In a chilling encounter in northern India’s Delhi, a woman bravely fought off a stray bull that attacked her in a narrow lane.
The incident took place in Gali No. 8, Phase 4, Aya Nagar of New Delhi district on October 30
Visuals showed the terrifying moment when the bull, standing nearby, suddenly charged at her, knocking her to the ground and attempting to maul her. The woman clung to the bull’s horns, preventing it from further injuring her while she screamed for help. Hearing her cries, neighbors quickly arrived, sticks in hand, to drive the bull away. Despite her injuries, the woman held the animal at bay until a local man grabbed its horns, allowing another bystander to pull her to safety.
According to reports, the woman was too injured to walk after the attack. This incident highlights the growing danger of stray cattle in urban areas, with even the capital facing these alarming threats.
