In a disturbing incident in northern India’s Uttar Pradesh, a young man was seen jumping in front of a moving bus on an expressway.

The incident took place at the Delhi-Meerut Expressway in Ghaziabad district on September 19.

Visuals showed the man suddenly leaping in front of the bus and forcefully hitting the ground. Thanks to the alertness of the bus driver, the vehicle was diverted to another lane, preventing the man from being crushed under the bus wheels.

According to reports, the incident occurred at 2 AM on Thursday. The man reportedly attempted to take his own life by jumping in front of the heavy vehicle. Unfortunately, the unidentified individual died, and authorities are continuing their investigation.
