Spider-Man impersonator detained by RPF at railway station in central India
In an unusual incident in central India’s Chhattisgarh, a man dressed as Spider-Man was apprehended by Railway Protection Force (RPF) personnel.
The incident took place at railway station of Bilaspur district on September 20.
Visuals showed the man in a Spider-Man costume walking alongside RPF personnel within the station premises, and both were later seen entering the police station. The man, who came to the station intending to make videos and social media reels, was stopped before he could begin recording.

According to reports, the man told authorities that he was inspired by Spider-Man and aimed to gain online popularity by making videos in costume. After being questioned by the RPF, he was warned about the prohibition on making such videos at the station and was later released without charges. Officials noted that since the man had no malicious intent and did not disturb anyone, they issued a strict warning and let him go.
