Speeding container hits car, causes freak accident in western India
by Surya PrakashA freak accident took place in western India’s Maharashtra when a speeding container struck a car, causing it to collide with another container and subsequently result in a feak accident.
This incident happened at the Wada Bhiwandi highway in Palghar on April 5.
CCTV footage captured the chilling moment when the container lost control and struck the car. The container hit the car from behind which then subsequently went on to collide with another container that rammed into a bike which had just come in front of it. Soon after, a crowd had gathered in the area in a bid to check on the victims. The biker was smashed against another vehicle that was carrying rods and the people meanwhile opened the gates of the car to save the ones trapped inside.
A report states that four people were injured in this accident and unfortunately, one child died. There was a subsequent traffic jam in the area after this happened.
