Speeding car overturns after hitting bike in central India; two injured, biker escapes with minor injuries
A high-speed car lost control and collided with a bullet bike in central India’s Madhya Pradesh, injuring the car’s driver and a woman. The biker, fortunately, escaped with minor injuries.
The incident took place near the Khilchipur checkpoint in Rajgarh on September 26.
Visuals showed along the roadside, people were busy buying vegetables from a vendor when suddenly a speeding car hit a bullet bike ahead and then flipped over completely a short distance away. The biker quickly stood up, relatively unscathed, while the onlookers immediately rushed to the overturned car. They managed to right the vehicle and check on the occupants. Within moments, a crowd gathered at the scene, drawn by the commotion and the overturned car.
According to reports, a speeding car lost control, crashing into a bullet bike before overturning. The driver, identified as Raghuraj, and a woman named Abhisha were injured in the accident. The bullet rider was thrown from his bike but suffered only minor injuries and managed to leave the scene shortly afterward. Several bystanders who were purchasing vegetables along the roadside narrowly avoided the collision.
The CCTV footage of the accident reveals that another oncoming car was able to avoid a direct collision by swerving off the road. Within 10 seconds of the car flipping over, nearby people helped right the vehicle and rushed the injured to the hospital.
