Speeding autorickshaw overturns as driver attempts to strike boy on cycle

This incident took place in Tenkasi, in southern India’s Tamil Nadu, on January 20.
Footages show an auto and a cycle speeding in parallel to each other. The auto driver tries to hit the kid who is riding the cycle by extending his arm out of the auto. The auto takes a right turn and overturns as he loses his control. The boy in the cycle flees away in the cycle while the people around help the driver to lift the auto. The auto is on the stairs of a house as people check on the driver.
According to sources, the driver was trying to hit the kid to warn him to ride properly. In the attempt, the driver overturned the autorickshaw and fell.
