Snow clearance team pushes forward amidst upcoming snowfall threat in northern India
Despite facing the imminent threat of increased snowfall in northern India’s Himachal Pradesh, BRO team persisted in their mission to clear the path, with expectations of completing their arduous task within the next week.
The incident took place at Bara-lacha Pass in Lahaul district in Himachal Pradesh on April 8.

According to reports the BRO (Border Roads Organization) team has successfully reached Baralacha, marking significant progress in their ongoing snow clearance mission. Despite facing challenging conditions, the team is tirelessly working to clear the snow, ensuring safe passage through the region.
However, their efforts might face impending challenges as snowfall activities are expected to intensify later this week. Despite this forecast, the BRO team remains dedicated to their mission, aiming to complete the clearance within the next week. Their commitment to ensuring access through the snow-covered terrain is commendable, showcasing their resilience and determination in the face of adverse weather conditions.
