Shopkeeper beaten for asking payment for cottage cheese in northern India

The incident took place in Ghazipur district on September 8.
Visuals showed Sanjay being thrown to the ground and beaten with sticks in broad daylight. The attackers can be seen hitting him repeatedly while bystanders watch in shock. Blood is visible on the shopkeeper’s head as he struggles to protect himself.
According to reports, the incident occurred at the Irrigation Department crossing in the Sadar Kotwali area. Sanjay Singh Chauhan, a government employee running a paneer shop, was attacked by four miscreants using rods and sticks, causing severe head injuries. The police have registered an FIR against the accused and started their investigation.
