Shocking! Monitor lizard rescued from kitchen in central India
In a startling incident in central India’s Madhya Pradesh, a monitor lizard was rescued from a kitchen, causing a brief panic.
The incident took place at Makronia municipality in Sagar district on August 18.
Visuals showed the snake catcher entering the kitchen and carefully searching for the snake. After locating it, the snake was meticulously placed into a jar by the rescuer, who handled it with precision and care.
According to reports, Goyra, which is a monitor lizard, was found in the kitchen of Dinesh Kaushal’s residence. The family immediately informed snake expert Akhil Baba, who arrived and captured the snake within five minutes. Due to the scorching heat, wild animals, including snakes, often seek cooler places. Akhil Baba explained that the lizard likely entered the kitchen seeking refuge from the humidity.
