Shocking! Leopard’s arrival triggers panic in residential colony of central India

In a frightening encounter in central India’s Madhya Pradesh, a leopard was spotted in a residential colony, sending shockwaves through the community.

The incident took place in Shivpuri district on August 27.

Visuals showed a leopard perched on a stone wall in the late hours, seemingly on the hunt for prey, causing alarm among the residents.

According to reports, some residents of the colony near Madakpura were returning home around eight o’clock at night when they spotted the leopard. Fearing for their safety, they decided to retreat.

It is believed that the leopard, possibly migrating from the Nonkolhu culvert area, is targeting the cattle tied outside homes in the colony.
