Shocking delivery: Couple in southern India receives live Cobra instead of Xbox controller from Amazon

The incident took place in Sarjapur, Bengaluru city on June 16.
Visuals showed the reptile peeping out of the package kept inside a bucket but not being able to come out due to it getting stuck to the packaging tape.
According to reports, the couple, expecting a gaming accessory, were stunned and terrified when they discovered the venomous snake inside the box.
Upon opening the package, they were horrified to find a live cobra instead of the Xbox controller they had ordered. The couple quickly contacted Amazon customer service, which prompted an immediate investigation.
Amazon has stated that they are taking the incident very seriously and are working to determine how such a hazardous error could have occurred. They have assured the couple that stringent measures will be implemented to prevent any similar incidents in the future.
