Rising humidity triggers emergence of venomous cobra in village of central India

The incident took place in Parsoriya village in Sagar district on September 28.
Visuals showed snake catcher Akhil Baba responding swiftly to reports of the snake’s presence. Upon arriving, he meticulously searched the area, locating the cobra hidden within its burrow. Demonstrating remarkable precision, he expertly handled the creature and placed it into a secure container.
According to reports, the cobra was one of several snakes seeking cooler environments as the humidity levels increased. Akhil Baba explained that such conditions drive these wild animals into populated spaces, raising the risk of dangerous encounters. His quick actions ensured the safety of the community while also protecting the reptile from harm.
