Python spotted near temple in central India sparks panic amongst villagers

In a startling incident in central India’s Madhya Pradesh, a massive python was spotted in a residential area near a temple, causing panic among locals.

The incident took place in Pura Khana of Berasia tehsil in Bhopal district on November 3.

Visuals showed the enormous python being captured by the forest department team, which faced challenges as the creature appeared to be retaliating, making it difficult to subdue. The forest officials employed various techniques and sticks to secure the python while the distressed villagers looked on in disbelief.

According to reports, villagers were terrified by the sighting, prompting the swift arrival of the forest department team. Forest ranger Narendra Chauhan from Berasia led the rescue operation, ensuring the safe capture of the python, which had caused alarm in the community.
