Prolonged water pipeline leak disrupts traffic in northern India
A persistent leak in a vital pipeline on a major bridge has resulted in significant traffic disruption, inconveniencing commuters in northern India’s Uttar Pradesh.
The incident took place at Pakka bridge in Lucknow on April 9.
Visuals showed a pipeline was leaking a considerable amount of water alongside the road. The water was flowing out with such force that it reached a considerable height and spread around in all directions. People traveling in vehicles along that road were also getting splashed by the water, as it soaked the surrounding area.
According to reports, leakage in a pipeline on a Pakka bridge in Lucknow is causing travel disruptions. The leakage obstructs movement on the bridge, leading to inconvenience for travelers. As of now, no responsible person has arrived to address the issue.
