Political leader’s tragic demise spurs immediate action in central India
The sudden loss of two BJP (Indian political party) leaders in a fatal road accident has prompted swift action in central India’s Madhya Pradesh, with all scheduled activities canceled and a solemn last rites ceremony attended by prominent party members.
The incident took place on Nanakhedi Road, Guna district on March 9.
Visuals showed a black-colored vehicle coming at high speed. The high-speed car collided with the BJP leaders sitting in the vehicle on the roadside. After this, the car pieces flew up to about 50 to 80 feet and the injured were seen flying in the air.
According to reports in a road accident, the BJP leader lost his life, and all activities were canceled as Union Minister Scindia participated in the last rites. Around midnight on Tuesday, the BJP district minister and councilor husband lost their lives in a high-speed car accident. As soon as the deaths of these leaders were known, Union Minister Scindia canceled his programs and participated in the final journey.
As soon as the incident came to light, Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia went to the hospital to inquire about the condition of the injured. Meanwhile, all election programs were canceled as soon as the news of the deaths came out. Along with this, he participated in the last rites of the BJP leader. During this time, Scindia appeared emotional. Scindia also carried the bike in the final journey of the BJP leader.
Jyotiraditya Scindia, who is a candidate from the Guna Lok Sabha seat, was present in the area with the activists due to the promotion.
