In a recent incident from southern India’s Kerala, a driver employed by the police department is facing the suspension of his driving license following an accusation of attempted murder.
 
The incident took place in Kannur district on July 14.
visuals showed the employee, Anil arguing with the accused, identified as K Santhosh Kumar. As the dispute intensified, the driver suddenly accelerated the car, causing the petrol pump employee to be thrown onto the vehicle’s bonnet. The car, with the employee still on the bonnet, traveled nearly a kilometer along the busy road before coming to a stop.
 
 According to reports, the case highlights issues of misconduct within the police force, a subject that has seen various controversies in India.
 
The driver in question was implicated in a violent altercation that led to serious charges. This incident has raised concerns about the behavior and oversight of police personnel, prompting authorities to take stringent actions to maintain public trust and accountability.
