In a shocking turn of events in central India’s Madhya Pradesh, a large python was found hidden in the grass near a local high school, prompting a swift response from authorities.

The incident took place in Patharia Haat village of Sagar district on August 2.

Visuals showed a snake catcher carefully rescuing the python while a crowd of villagers and school children observed. Measuring around 7 feet long, the python was successfully captured, bringing relief to the onlookers. The snake catcher was seen handling the python with the utmost care and caution.

According to reports, the python was discovered in the field adjacent to Government High School, causing alarm among residents and school staff. Snake catcher Akhil Baba was promptly notified and arrived at the scene to manage the situation. His quick and skilled efforts prevented potential danger, as the python’s presence posed a risk to the nearby school community.

Akhil Baba emphasized the importance of timely intervention to avoid any unpleasant incidents. The python, now safely in custody, will be released into its natural habitat with assistance from the forest department.
