According to reports, a resident of Bhagtahir village tragically lost his life while attending a funeral at Haripur graveyard. The route to the cemetery involved crossing a river that lacked a bridge, prompting locals to employ bamboo chachari as an improvised means of transportation. However, the makeshift boat could not withstand the weight and quickly succumbed to the water, leaving those aboard to fend for themselves.
