Officials rescue three youths stranded across river in northern India

In a remarkable rescue operation in northern India’s Uttarakhand, the State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) successfully extricated three youths trapped on the other side of the river.
The incident took place near the Rambada River in Rudraprayag district on October 29.
Visuals showed the rescue officials leading the way with a torch through the night.
Speaking to Newslions, SDRF constable Vinit Vaibhav stated that late Monday night, the SDRF team was informed by the police post-Lincholi that 03 youths were stranded on the other side of the river near Rambada, for whose rescue SDRF team is required. The SDRF rescue team, under the leadership of SI Surendra Singh, reached the spot and after working hard, rescued 03 youths stranded on the other side of the river and took them to Lincholi.
