Mob attempts to storm police station to lynch blasphemy-accused man in Pakistan

In a tense situation in Pakistan, an enraged mob attempted to break into a police station to lynch a man accused of blasphemy.

The incident took place outside an unidentified police station of Pakistan on September 11.

Visuals showed a large crowd in a state of fury, trying to breach the barricades set up by the police to prevent entry into the police station. The crowd appeared uncontrollable, driven by anger and frustration.

According to reports, the mob’s intent was to harm a man under police custody, accused of committing blasphemy. Investigations into the matter are still ongoing. A case has been registered, and the accused remains in police custody.
