Miscreants staged a bold chain snatching in broad daylight, sending shockwaves of panic through the community.

The incident took place near Chaitanya Women’s College of Vijayawada district, Andhra Pradesh on December 17.

Visuals show a quiet street where, in a matter of moments, two robbers on a bike block a woman’s path. As she attempts to move away, one of the robbers snatches her chain, causing her to lose her balance, be dragged, and fall to the ground, while the robbers flee on their bike.

According to reports, a 70-gram gold chain was stolen from her neck as the robbers made their escape. The victim reported the incident to the police, and a case has been registered, with an investigation currently underway.
