Massive fire broke out in slums in northern India’

In a tragic event, fire broke out in the slums in northern India’s Delhi.
The incident took place in Shahbad Dairy police station area on May 1
Visuals showed thick black smoke and flames coming out from the houses. Upon receiving notification of the fire outbreak, firefighting units promptly arrived at the scene to initiate relief and rescue operations. Preliminary reports indicate that the fire has impacted approximately 150 to 200 slum dwellings.
Additionally, there have been accounts of explosions caused by cylinders within the affected slum area. The fire has generated a large plume of black smoke, visible for several kilometers across the vicinity. Currently, fire department personnel are actively engaged in efforts to contain and extinguish the blaze.
