In a tragic incident, a restaurant was engulfed in fire due to gas leakage in northern India’s Uttar Pradesh.

The incident took place in Sector-144 under Police Station Sector-142 area, Noida on April 10.

Visuals showed flames coming out of the restaurant while the sky was covered with thick black smoke. Suddenly a blast was heard which is said to be of the LPG cylinder.

In another visual, few people were seen carrying cylinders away from the restaurant.

According to reports, the entire eatery was burnt to ashes due to the fire.

Immediate action was taken, and the fire was successfully extinguished with the assistance of 2 vehicles from the Fire Service Unit and hydrants provided by a private company.

Fortunately, there were no casualties reported.
