Massive fire breaks out at government building in northern India
by Surya PrakashA massive fire broke out at the Khanij Bhawan in northern India’s Uttar Pradesh.
This incident happened on Gokhale Marg in Lucknow on April 9.
Visuals showed one part of the building completely engulfed in flames. The fire raged with a lot of intensity and thick black plumes of smoke emanated from the area. There was an atmosphere of panic in the area as the fire wreaked havoc.
According to a report, the fire burnt several important files and documents. The cause of the flames has not been made clear yet but it is said that the fire started from a garbage heap and later took a monstrous form. Fortunately, there weren’t any casualties in the fire. The fire department was informed about this incident and they rushed to the spot and brought the situation under control in about half an hour.
