Massive 12-foot python slithers into politician’s house leaving onlookers in distress
Visuals show locals and snake rescuers gathered at the scene where the massive python was spotted. The rescuers were seen carefully handling the enormous reptile, eventually securing it in a large sack with the help of the team before preparing to release it into the forest. The python’s sheer size was imposing, and while the rescue team faced challenges, they managed the operation efficiently. Later visuals show locals recounting the incident and describing the commotion it caused.
According to reports, the homeowner promptly alerted the forest department after spotting the python. News of the sighting spread quickly, drawing a large crowd of curious villagers. The forest department team, led by Lalbagh forest outpost in-charge Yogesh Sahukare, arrived swiftly and successfully rescued the python, ensuring its safe return to the wild. Sahukare confirmed that the incident occurred on the premises of MP Dnyaneshwar Patil.
Snake catcher Aamir Khan, an expert in handling large snakes, estimated the python to be around 10 to 12 feet long and weighing approximately 24 to 25 kilograms.
