A 3-year-old child was raped in northern India’s Rajasthan by an unidentified individual who abducted her while she was resting next to her mother outside a temple.

The incident took place in Jodhpur city on August 18.

Visuals showed a man carrying a girl child in his arms while she was sleeping.

According to reports, a woman selling fodder outside the temple noticed the girl wrapped in a blanket at around 6:30 in the morning and told her family.

The body of the innocent was leaking blood. She had bite marks on her lips and a ripped back. The police arrived at the scene and also called the FSL team based on the family’s information. The offender was observed carrying the girl on his lap in one of the CCTV footage that the police viewed while searching the surrounding area. The suspect is in the custody of the police. At two in the evening, the innocent girl was taken away by the guilty.

According to ACP Anil Kumar, the girl and her mother were resting in a temple on Saturday night. The girl was taken away by the accused at around midnight under the guise of fetching her an ice cream. She was taken to the accused’s home in Chaupasni Housing Board Sector 21 where she was sexually assaulted. At six o’clock in the evening, he abandoned her on the road after wrapping her in a dupatta.The helpless youngster had a dupatta wrapped around it.

According to the ACP, the family was notified at around 6:30 in the morning when a woman selling fodder passed by the temple and noticed the youngster covered in a dupatta. The girl was carried home by her parents. The family notified the police after around two hours. The little patient is receiving care at the hospital after the police brought her there. That afternoon, the accused turned off his phone.

According to ADCP (Sikau) Labhu Ram, the culprit was observed removing the girl from the video that the police had scanned from the Abhay Command Center’s cameras. The suspect is in the custody of the police. The accused’s mobile location showed Sardarpura until the afternoon. He turned off his phone after that when his CCTV footage appeared on social media. Nonetheless, the police detained him from Ghantaghar based on technical information. The accused has a history of alcohol abuse. His kid, 19, and his spouse lead separate lives. Following their abuse of the defenceless girl, the accused went to work in Sardarpura at a tea shop. It took the family two hours to find out.
