Man assaulted by couple for fending off chasing dogs

The man who had assaulted him began holding his pet dog, while the woman continued to lash out at him, attempting to strike him. As a crowd began to gather at the scene, the couple left with their dogs.
According to reports, a man was riding a scooter with his daughter on their way to school when a pack of stray and pet dogs began chasing them. The man stopped the scooter and threw stones at the dogs in an attempt to protect himself. However, instead of calming the situation, the dogs’ owners started beating the man with belts and fists. The man’s daughter, standing by the scooter, pleaded for them to stop, but the attack continued. During the altercation, the dogs also attacked the man.
A video of the incident has sparked widespread debate online, with many questioning the actions of the pet owners and the management of stray dog issues.
