Major fire erupts at oil industry in southern India

A significant fire broke out at the Sitarama Oil Industry of southern India’s Andhra Pradesh.

The incident took place near Penubaka village in the Rajam Constituency of Srikakulam district on August 25.

Visuals showed the massive fire flames touching the sky and firefighters running around with water hoses to control the fire.

According to reports, firefighters on the scene battled the intense flames in an effort to bring the situation under control. The cause of the fire is believed to be a short circuit, according to local residents. The incident has sparked fears of extensive damage, and authorities are closely monitoring the situation to prevent the fire from spreading to nearby areas.

Fortunately, no casualties have been reported so far, but the full extent of the damage to the oil industry remains unclear as firefighting efforts continue.
