Major fire engulfs mini mall in northern India, prompting swift response

A significant blaze erupted today in a mini mall situated on the third floor of a store in northern India’s Uttar Pradesh, igniting panic among shoppers and residents alike.

This incident took place in Jhansi on May 15.

Visuals showed the fire brigade trying to put down the fire with water hoses.

The fire quickly escalated in size, prompting the deployment of numerous firefighting personnel and three fire brigade vehicles to the scene in Sipri Bazar police station area. Nearby shops were swiftly evacuated, and authorities, including the Chief Officer and Sub-Divisional Magistrate, rushed to oversee the situation.

In a show of concern, Anurag Sharma, a candidate from the BJP, also arrived after being notified of the incident. Despite the large number of individuals present in the mall prior to the fire, there have been no reports of casualties at this time.
