Major fire breaks out in village of northern India, engulfing four residential houses
In a harrowing incident in northern India’s Jammu and Kashmir, a fire destroyed four residential houses, creating panic among residents in the area.
The incident took place in Kuchhal, Mughal Maidan of Kishtwar district on October 29.
Visuals showed the houses engulfed in flames, casting a terrifying glow in the dark hours of the night. The scene was chaotic as flames threatened nearby structures, causing distress among those living in close proximity.
According to reports, officials stated that the fire erupted from one residential house and quickly spread to three others in Kuchhal village. A team of police and fire tenders rushed to the scene, effectively dousing the flames and preventing further destruction. Meanwhile, a police officer mentioned that the cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
