A shocking incident in northern India’s Uttar Pradesh has come to light, where miscreants abducted a young man and threw him into a canal. The young man’s life was saved by the quick actions of local residents.

 

The incident took place in the Koili area, which is under the jurisdiction of the Dalmau Kotwali police station in Rae Bareli and the video went viral on July 21. 

Visuals showed at night, a man with his hands tied was struggling to stay afloat on the edge of a canal. Another person was urging him to grab hold of a stick to prevent being swept away. Despite his hands being tied, the man managed to grasp the stick with great difficulty. The rescuer kept asking the man’s name, and in a faint, barely conscious voice, the man responded with “Mahesh.” Following this, other people present pulled him out of the canal to safety.

 

According to reports of a disturbing event that has surfaced from Rae Bareli, a young man was abducted and thrown into a canal by a group of miscreants. The incident took place in the Koili area under the jurisdiction of the Dalmau Kotwali police station.

 

Upon receiving information about the incident, residents acted swiftly to rescue the young man from the canal, potentially saving his life. The community’s prompt response has been praised widely.
