Liquor truck overturns while dodging cow in central India; locals rush to collect spillage

In a recent incident in central India’ s Madhya Pradesh a high-speed container filled with alcohol overturned while trying to avoid hitting a cow.
The incident took place near Gazikheda village, near the Rahatgarh police station area of Sagar district on July 17.
Visuals showed the truck lying on its side by the roadside while police and locals investigated the scene. The driver, with a cloth wrapped around his fractured right arm, was injured. He could be seen narrating the entire incident, clearly distressed by his injury.
According to reports, the container (registration number MP 09 HH 5591) was transporting alcohol from Barwaha to Sagar. Near Gazikheda, a cow suddenly appeared in front of the truck. In an attempt to save the cow, the container went out of control and overturned.The container driver was injured in the accident. Upon witnessing the incident, a crowd of passersby and nearby residents gathered at the scene.
Container driver Bablu, father Indal Rajput, age 30, resident of Sultanpur Raisen, was injured in the incident. The injured have been admitted to Rahatgarh Hospital. At the time of the incident, the liquor bottles filled in the container broke and the liquor started leaking. Seeing this, people reached around with cups and bottles to fill the liquor. On information, police reached the spot and removed the people from the container. The matter was taken under investigation.
