Leopard’s midnight visit to reservoir sparks panic among workers

The incident occurred near Jar village in Dhari, located in the Amreli district of Gujarat, on December 15.
The visual shows the leopard walking on a metal rod and staring at people inside the pump house, where workers were shining flashlights on their faces.
According to reports, the employees who arrived at the site in the morning were alarmed to see the leopard and promptly informed the authorities.
Range Officer Jyotiben Vaja stated, “The leopard entered the compound at night in search of prey. When employees arrived in the morning, they spotted the animal and immediately contacted forest officials. A rescue team, including officers from the forest department, arrived at the scene, and the leopard was successfully rescued between 6:00 and 9:00 am.”
