Leopard rescued after falling into well in western India

A leopard was rescued after it fell into a well in western India’s Maharashtra.
This incident happened in Iswi village, Buldhana district on May 27.
Visuals showed the big cat climbing out of the well with the help of a ladder. It held tightly onto the ladder and made its way up the well. After coming out of the well, the leopard ran away pretty quickly into the wild. According to a report, the leopard fell into a well while chasing prey.
The forest department including Jankiram Sonone, Forest Guard, Ulhas Bhondane, Forest Guard, Rupali Thakare, Forest Guard, Dipak Singal, arrived at the spot and put a ladder into the well for the animal to come out. The depth of the well was 40 feet while the water inside was 12 feet. The entire rescue took around 30 minutes.
