A leopard caused quite a stir after it strayed into the Bhoj university in central India’s Madhya Pradesh.

This incident took place in Madhya Pradesh Bhoj University, Chunabhatti area, Bhopal on April 15.

Visuals showed the big cat walking about in the university campus. The leopard roamed about and tried to cross over a door. After trying for a while, it was eventually able to climb and get on to the other side. There wasn’t anyone around and fortunately, wasn’t hurt in this incident.

A report stated that this took place at around 8:30 pm IST(Indian Standard Time) and the forest department was subsequently notified. Manish, a security guard, had captured the video of the leopard on his mobile phone and the forest department officials acted promptly as they began investigating this case. The forest officials have provided directives to the residents in the area and also installed cages in order to capture the leopard, which wasn’t yet captured at the time of writing.
