Intense fire erupts in rubber factory in western India, emergency response brings situation under control

A rubber factory in western India’s Maharashtra faced a severe blaze, prompting a swift response from firefighting authorities.

The incident took place at Chikhali area of Pune on June 6.

Visuals showed a formidable and intense blaze roared within the confines of the factory, its ferocious flames casting a daunting glow in the surroundings. Positioned strategically to combat the raging inferno, a team of firefighters in their fire tender diligently worked to quell the flames.and the team working tirelessly to extinguish the menacing blaze.

Fire erupted, engulfing multiple companies involved in manufacturing rubber products. While no lives were lost and no injuries were reported, the recurring incidents are becoming a growing concern for citizens in Chikhali.
The fire broke out around 8 AM in Pawar Wasti, affecting V-Rub Suspensions Pvt Ltd and RK Traders. The fire caused significant damage to the machinery within these companies, and the cause remains undetermined.
Fire vehicles from various stations, including Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) Main, Chikhali, Talawade, Pradhikaran, Pimpri, Thergaon, and Moshi, rushed to the scene and successfully extinguished the blaze.
