Intense blaze erupts in godown in western India: no casualties

A factory located in a residential area of western India’s Maharashtra was engulfed in flames.
The incident occurred in the Kalewadi area of Pimpri Chinchwad in the Pune district on June 3 at 10 AM.
Visuals showed a thick plume of smoke billowing from the factory godown. The fire brigade was trying to doze off the fire.
According to reports, this factory, which specialized in the production of clothes and paper plates, faced a highly intense blaze. During the fire, there were also cylinder blasts and thick smoke filled the air, causing discomfort for nearby residents. The factory suffered significant damage to its goods.
However, thanks to the quick action of the PCMC fire brigade, the blaze was successfully contained, and no casualties were reported.
