This monumental achievement is a testament to Singh‘s unyielding spirit, especially considering the severe health challenges he faced in the past.
Years ago, Singh encountered a life-threatening situation when he was bitten by a dog. The incident required a series of rabies injections to prevent the potentially fatal disease. However, the treatment had a serious and unexpected side effect: Singh‘s lungs began to fill with water, a condition that significantly impaired his health and required extensive medical intervention.
Before these health issues, Singh was no stranger to physical challenges. As a commando, he was accustomed to climbing snow-capped mountains, a testament to his strength and resilience. His inspiration to set a stair-climbing record came from observing others who had achieved similar feats. Motivated by their accomplishments, Singh decided to take on the challenge himself.
The journey to recovery was arduous. Singh had to endure a prolonged period of treatment and rehabilitation to restore his lung function and overall health. Despite these significant setbacks, he remained steadfast and committed to regaining his physical prowess.
On the day of his record-setting climb, Singh tackled the towering challenge with remarkable strength and perseverance. Throughout the event, he ascended and descended the stairs repeatedly, ultimately surpassing the 70,679-stair mark. This achievement not only earned him a place in the record books but also served as a powerful symbol of his resilience and determination.
Singh‘s accomplishment has been widely celebrated, inspiring many with his story of overcoming adversity. His record-breaking climb stands as a testament to the human spirit’s capacity to triumph over obstacles, no matter how insurmountable they may seem.
