A high-voltage electric pole toppled onto a moving car during a severe storm and heavy rain in northern India’s Rajasthan.

The incident took place in the Chahal Chowk area of Sri Ganganagar on July 3.

Visuals showed a red car was driving down a road when suddenly an electric pole came crashing down on top of it. Fortunately, the people inside the car had already gotten out safely. Nearby residents also rushed out to the scene.

The entire incident was captured on camera, and miraculously, the family inside the car emerged completely unscathed.

As the storm raged, strong winds and rain caused a high-voltage electric pole to crash down onto the vehicle. Fortunately, the power was cut off just as the pole fell, preventing what could have been a catastrophic accident.

Eyewitnesses reported the terrifying moment, which has since been widely circulated on social media. Despite the harrowing experience, the family inside the car was able to escape without injury. Local authorities are investigating the incident and have assured that measures will be taken to prevent such occurrences in the future.
